The team have returned from Volta ao Porto with mixed feelings. Brett Graham returned with 3 victories. One at Porto GP and two in the tour in the mountain stages 3 and 7.
Unfortunately a crash in the king stage saw him roll in 10th and a mechanical issue and an off day in the saddle in the final ITT saw him well down the field in 66th crushing any chances of a finish at the pointy end of the GC or a YC win. Still a 7th in GC for the young Australian and a return of 3 wins and 5 results from this early part of the season is a fair return.
The teams feelings about the Volta were further tarnished by two injuries in the "parade stage" with both Ray and Marlowe out for a week or so.
The team will hope to return to Porto next season when Arnold Latey will see if more fortune comes his way.
In other news Vojtekovszki Péter is currently for sale as he seeks a TT squad who might train him further and the team target Innsbruck GP, where Latey will return to captain and Trofeo Bajando a Granada where Brett Graham will take the reins once more.
Last but not least Rotational Symmetry are currently the top ranked English team! It might not last for long but we'll enjoy it while it lasts!
